Here’s a TMI tip, blog reader(s?): Don’t do 200 sit-ups on a hardwood floor before bed. You will wake up to discover that your ass bone (don’t google that) tried to escape out of your skin. And while there are Band-Aids specific for knuckles and finger tips and knees, there exists no adhesive strip that can maneuver the delicate curves of the human butt crack. Don’t be lazy–go upstairs and get your yoga mat. Your coccyx will thank us.

    I don’t think there is any danger of me doing 200 sit ups at any time soon. But thanks for the tip.
