It’s done.

Last long run this morning. It was pouring. It was blustery. It was COLD.

It was awesome.

Today’s Workout:
Ran 10 miles/1:35:27

    I notice that she does not mention Dark Chocolate Peanut M&Ms in her taper diet. Maybe I don’t love her quite so much.

      You know what is NOT a good idea? Eating a huge bag of Dark Chocolate M&Ms and drinking Diet Pepsi for dinner before a 10-miler in the morning.
